1. Determining Needs - Acquire a full understanding of marketing and content goals; product structure preferences, cost targets, licensing rights, packaging requirements and delivery schedules.

2. Concept Presentation - Presentation of 4-color concepts that illustrate our understanding of format and component requirements.

3. Quotes & Samples - Provide full formal specifications, pricing and white samples for final review.

4. Pre-Production Approval - Customer approves final samples, issues purchase orders and collaborates with our Production Team to produce proprietary product.

5. Finished Products - Delivery of finished goods as determined by customer.
